Harborchase of Venice is part of a chain of nursing homes managed by a limited liability company called Harbor Retirement Associates LLC based in Vero Beach, Florida. The license holder of Harborchase of Venice is a foreign limited liability company called Prime Care One, LLC based in Indiana.
